The following programs are uniquely designed to engage our new staff members and promote an environment where collaboration, respect and leadership can thrive.
Acheivement Management Training
This two-day training event provides awareness of different project governance requirements, insights into what and how achievement management is performed and individualized application support for becoming and being an achievement manager.
Human Resource
Training
The purpose of this training is to promote and sustain collaborative and trusting, independent and interdependent, work attitudes and behaviors. The training focuses on regulatory compliance, conflict management, effective communications and ethical behavior.
Work Management Process Training
The application of process management is the governance keystone for delivering Nor Pro’s products and services. Therefore, every full time employee must be aware of how to design and map work processes, assign process ownership, and use process management to create and sustain accountability.

Our project work is performed primarily through the collaborative efforts of internal and external stakeholders. This project orientation is provided as a way of creating a shared understanding of how work will be monitored and accountability shared. The main objective of this half-day seminar is to assure that all project stakeholders share an understanding and commitment to the culture and governance needed to achieve project success.
